I'm an AI/ML Engineer and Bioinformatics Ph.D. with a career spanning academia, national research labs, and industry — architecting systems that translate messy, high-dimensional biological data into reliable, production-grade intelligence.

My experience includes building an enterprise-scale molecular recommendation platform — multi-omics ingestion pipelines, longitudinal predictive models, and enterprise knowledge graphs with hybrid agentic reasoning for auditable clinical insights.

Before that, I spent years as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California studying HIV host-pathogen interactions through genomics and transcriptomics, and taught as an Assistant Professor, applying machine learning to healthcare prediction and molecular evolution.
